The squishee inserts are really comfortable. They are very covenient in combination with the Dillon 053 pants. Although on the pants, the placement is a bit off for me ( the top of the inserts sit right below my knee) its easy enough to pull up my pants as i kneel and hasnt been a big issue. I purchase squishee inserts for each pair of pants i buy for convenience. This way, i can wash and dry with them in and dont need to transfer across pants. The pants themselves seem a bit inconsistent on sizing but to be fair i bought my first pair a few months ago ( they are slightly looser fit , which i like better). The litte bit of tighter fit on the recent ones doesnt bug me enough to return but was noticeable, mostly in the calf /lower leg area. Overall i think the pants are well made and have so far proven to last with constant use ( 6 months roughly now and besides subtle color degradation at the knee are brand new). I would recommend to anyone looking for a good pair of work pants with built in knee protection.
