I've been wearing these pants at work for a few weeks now, and they are mostly great. They seem well constructed, great pocket options, and the top-load knee-pad setup is convenient. The fabric has just enough give to balance comfort and durability. I'm subtracting a star because the knee-pad pockets don't come down low enough. I would like to have 3-4 more inches of pad on the floor when I'm kneeling, whereas the way they are has most of the pad above the part that touches the floor. However, I had originally tried a competing brand and had the same problem (plus other problems), so the knee height may just be something unique about my body proportions? For this reason, I'm not able to use their high quality yellow inserts due to the tapering, but I cut my own pads to maximize the surface area at the bottom of the square knee-pad pocket. Overall, these are fine pants, and I'm using them everyday at work for a better knee experience.
My husband liked the fit and comfort with the extra pockets, his favorite work and casual.

Will pile in high wear spots but that's not a huge deal.
So far my right knee does not have a hole. Only been a month or so. We shall see.
