2nd version is awesome! Great job. Same pockets, loops, pencil slot (ftw!) and the upgraded fabric is exactly what they needed. Biggest issue with the original version was how quickly the knees tore open and how much they shrunk after a couple of wash/dry cycles.

These don't shrink of seem like the knees will go, plus being able to remove the pads if ya don't need them, amazing. Thanks Thrive!

Awesome work pants!

Finally there is a pair of white work pants that move with your body! I have been painting for 17 years and after 10 years of Dickey's, that fell down every time you knelt down, I needed a change. I went to Duluth trade co flex fire hose for the next 6 years. First work pants with stretch I’d ever used and they were great, a little warm, but a huge step up from Dickeys. The only downside, especially as a painter, is that they only come in tan’s and browns, no whites. Which was fine for a while but the new company I joined required whites and that’s how I ended up here. I searched up and down years ago for some white pants with stretch and found nothing. 6 years later, I Google stretch painter pants and these pop up. Got one pair to check the fit and stretch and they were great so I got 4 more immediately. They are $20 cheaper then DTC flex firehose and after 7 weeks of daily use, they keep me cooler then the DTC cool max pants that are $90… The right leg pocket is perfect for a putty knife and a olfa blade or maker. Best painter pants I’ve ever worn!

Really nice pair of pants for working around the shop

I bought these pants to try a couple of months ago for myself after I was tired of dealing with either my knees hurting or knee pads cutting into the back of my leg. I was so pleased with them, I ended up getting a couple of pairs for work where I am down on the ground frequently. The pads are not too bulky and don't feel awkward to wear around all day. The pocket layout has been really great to keep a couple of tools handy at all times. So far durability has been good. The fabric feels thick like it will last for a good long while. Extremely pleased and will continue to purchase them as needed.
