The 053 DILLON-PRO Utility Kneepad Work Pants take our Dillon utility platform and add easy-access, top-loading kneepad pockets for SQUISH® knee pad inserts. They’re built for long days kneeling, climbing, crawling, bending, and moving through tough jobs without sacrificing comfort or mobility.
Made with ACTIONFLEX® DX stretch fabric, reinforced stitching, large front pockets, utility-style leg pockets, a yoke cell pocket, hammer loop, rigid tool clip, and a refined regular fit, these pants bring serious jobsite function without the stiff, bulky feel of traditional work pants.

Designed with easy-access, top-loading external kneepad pockets, these PRO pants are compatible with SQUISH® knee pad inserts so you can add cushioning and protection when the job demands it. Remove the pads when you don’t need them, or move one set between multiple PRO pants.

Returns are accepted within 30 days on eligible items. Products must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags and packaging.

Measure around the waist where you normally wear your pants.
HIP/SEAT
Measure around the fullest part of your seat.
THIGH
Measure around the thigh, 3" down from the crotch seam.
LEG OPENING
Measure around the bottom opening of the pant leg.
INSEAM
Measure the inside of your leg from the crotch down to the bottom of your ankle to find your correct inseam length. Inseam measurements are the same as the tag size.
Our men's work pants are built with a regular fit and ACTIONFLEX® DX stretch fabric for easy movement without feeling baggy.
If you are between waist sizes, we recommend sizing up for more room through the waist and thighs.

One you have them you can’t go back
I’ve been getting these pants for several years now and I can never go back to the carheart pants I used to get. They fit me better, aren’t baggy and I love not having to ever strap on knee pads. I usually get well over a year out of these pants before I need to replace them. And the insert pads are the best I’ve ever used. They also last me over a year before they start to break down. So happy I found this company! :)

My brother was looking for pants with knee pads to wear to work, I stumbled on Thrive and ordered a couple of pair of pants. I'm so glad I found these, he wears only Thrive pants to work now. Dude, these pants are my new favorite work pants. The knee pad inserts aren’t bulky making you look stupid, they’re very concealed yet effective, i am in love with these pants. Good pockets and very stretchy. Love them, can’t praise them enough. They did good with these for sure.
Really exceptional work pants! The knee pads are life changing! The top loading of the knee pads is genius. Placement and design of pockets is perfect. I tuck the flaps of the large pockets in to the pockets and there’s even Velcro inside to keep them tucked.
I am an automotive technician so I am up and down on my knees all day. I don’t need supper heavy pants so these pants are light weight, comfortable and stretchy compared to carhartt. Unless you are looking for a heavy durable pant. The Duluth trading are to big in the legs. The knee pads in all 3 pairs that I have tried don’t fit quite right when I bend down to kneel, the pad isn’t centered on my knee. The squish pads could be bigger so they fit the pocket better, also the pad is thicker in the middle so if you don’t kneel in the center you roll off the pad. I found some bigger pads on Amazon that fit tight in the pocket but still off centered. There looks like some stitching inside the pocket that could be removed to accommodate bigger pads. I’ve worn a neoprene basketball knee pad under my pants for years problem is they are tight on your leg by the end of the day and they do fall down after they get stretched out. So the pad in the pants are really comfortable.
Great pants seem very durable
They feel comfortable and fit well. I’ll know more in a few months after wearing. Because of the cost I do not want to get them dirty. Lol
Really enjoying these so far. Definitely protect my knees while kneeling on concrete, and they seem like they'll last quite a while.

Finally a pair of painters pants that are actually cut for a woman and you're not showing crack every time you've been down to do baseboard very comfortable very flexible finally size 2 I couldn't be more happy no more Dickies for this girl
