Modeled after our new DILLON work pants, the NEW DILLON WORK SHORTS from Thrive are made from our new ActionFlex® DX high-performance technical micro rip-stop stretch twill fabric.  Dillon work shorts are ready for the extreme work environment and at the same time, may end up becoming your favorite summer casual shorts.  

The NEW Dillon design includes an improved, refined fit, a generous count of 10 pockets, a keychain/lanyard loop, tape measure/tool clip, a hidden cell phone pocket and a hammer loop.  Inseam length is 11” on all sizes.

A Solid work Short

These work shorts balance Style, Durability and Utility at a decent sale price. Time will tell how well they hold up after a year ir two but I love all of the pockets and the water shedding capability.

Right hand side pocket is too small for cell phone

I wear these shorts everyday and I like the comfort and the feel of the material. I am right handed and the side pocket on the right side of the shorts is split into two compartments which makes them too small for a cell phone. The pocket on the left side is large enough for a cell phone. So I just switch sides for the cell phone. Not a big deal. Also there was a loop just above that pocket on the left that I would try to slip the phone into before the pocket. I fixed that by cutting the loop off so my phone slides into that pocket. I have a smaller cell phone and that left side holds it just right. My other thrive trousers are made out of a different material that matches better with my cell phone and not worrying about the phone sliding out of the pocket. I taped a piece of cloth on to the back of my cell phone hard case so there is less movement in the side pocket. Overall, very nice product, I have used my other thrive trousers while traveling in Europe and Africa. I just like your designs . Thank you.

Not the same

Bought these because the old ones were really nice. These new ones fit bigger & are stiff.

"Tough Shorts"

"Great shorts, only thing is that the 30 fit more like a 31/32. Don’t like using a belt with my shorts so a bit of a bummer."
